LEGEND NISSAN,LONDON KENTUCKY
The smiley face above represents my experience with Legend Nissan of London Kentucy, now Legacy Nissan. Why the name change? An attempt to hide a bad record? I create this site for those who may be, are you or  thinking of doing business with Legend,Legacy Nissan of London, Kentucky. I hope by visting this site, you are doing more research then I did. Mind you, I have bought and leased many cars/trucks over the last 10 years. I guess I got  complacent. I took them at their word. I have been able to trust many other Nissan dealers and trusted them . I was in a ' I owed a lot ' type of situation. I told them of what I wanted, what 'extras' I wanted and THE price, the max. price I would accept. They acccepted, with the extras I wanted after a long ordeal that wasnt necessary. That should have gave me a clue. You see, this was my "Dream Truck", I really wanted it and was blind. Anyway, they accepted my max . offer, with the extras I wanted. Mind you I am not a rich person, I wanted it and really went all the way with what I could accept. They agreed and made me sign the 'aggreement'. They took  my current Nissan truck and gave me my 'dream' of the supercharged version in  the color I wanted. In the lease department, in the financial department, I signed the agreement. A verbal agreement that included the 'extras' I wanted. In the next few days, I got  a call from legend Nissan, saying I had to re-sign. I was a trusting person, they said it was a Bank Problem. I called the bank that approved the loan, after the fact, they said there was no such problem. A lie on the part of Legend Nissan. A effort not to agree with the deal we had made. At that time they,Legend Nissan threatened me with taking away my new truck, my 'dream truck'. I had no obtion at the time I thought. I was  ,with less then perfect credit . They added the price of our agreed to obtions to be added to the truck after saying it was included in our deal and price. This after me taking home the truck and me going all I could go.
Then I had problems with my new 'dream truck', A wind noise from the drivers side window. I told the service Dept. about this. They checked it out and said there was no such problem, the first time. It continued, I went again, they 'said' they took care of it. This problem continued after they said, there was no problem and they took care of it.A conflict of statements, yes there was. I continue to this day to have problems and water comming into my truck from this problem, they said they took care of the problem, there was no problem
I love my new truck, my 'dream truck'. The dealership was dis-honest,flat out lied to me on the monthly price of the truck. They threatened me that I would have to accept  my new truck with a  " new deal" and that if I didnt I could lose it all. My Credit,my new truck and the one I traded in on good faith.
I contacted the Nissan "800" number,to this day they have made no real effort to resolve this complaint and problem and is taking the side it appears of legend Nissan,London Kentucky instead if correcting a problem of a dis-honest dealership. A shame. Nissan, really a good product.
